Hi I am raising this Complaint against not Processing of Full Refund from Ease MY Trip for my Bookings whereas I have furnished full details about the refund given by Air Asia in the Months of January 2021 and March 2021, whereas the Travel Agent Ease my Trip is only giving partial refund into my EMT wallet stating that the remaining amount is in my Credit Shell with the Airline which is not actually the reason .
Also they mention that the remaining amount are cancellation charges, how can it be Cancellation charges when the Cancellation was by the Airline due to Covid 19 Lockdown .
This is a Serious Menance and attempt to fraud the customer, even after sharing multiple emails including the acknowledgment of Refund E-mail still I am not getting the refund .
Its a Painful scenario and there is no Nodal Officer to connect as well and they don't have a Escalation mail as well .
