Hi team, I have booked my flight tickets from ease my trip for 20th of March, 2020 but due to travel restrictions, I was not allowed to board the flight by airlines and was off loaded. The airline company and ease my trip both have promised that I will get a full refund of my tickets as it got cancelled due to covid. However when I raised a request for full refund with ease my trip, they cancelled my request stating that airlines has denied the full refund citing document issue. After explaining whole situation at the time of flight to numerous ease my trip agents, I gave up and filed for refund after cancellation of refund charges. Now again they are not processing my refund. I just want my money back and need to get rid of dealing with unprofessional, non-understanding and uncooperative staff at ease my trip.
