EaseMyTrip.com — Refund for flight cancelled by airlines during April 2020 travel date

Refund for flight ticket booked in the month of feb 2020 for travel date in april 2020 was not satisfactory by Easemy trip. As the reason for cancellation is flight cancelled by airlines it should be full refund as per government norms but they deducted convenience fees and redeem amount which shouldnt be th ecase.
