I have booked a train ticket on Easemytrip on 21st of May booking I'd is EMT99236924 but the booking got rejected due to a server failure at IRCTC. I was promised a refund in 5 to 7 days from 25th of may( the day which it was processed) . From then it has already been 8 days excluding the weekends still I haven't got my refund . And when I call there customer support they start giving me new dates. Firstly they told me I will get my refund on 31st then they changed it to 2nd June and now they are telling me to wait till next Wednesday . Please help +2 photos Was this information helpful?
