I tried to book a train ticket from Easemytrip on 21st of may whose booking got rejected due to a server failure at IRCTC but the payment was deducted, so I was promised a refund in next 7 days but it has already been 17 days still I haven't got my refund.
The customer support keep giving me new dates whenever I call them, please help :).
