EaseMyTrip.com — Refund issue not getting refund inspite of your website showing the hotel booking to be fully refundable

When I made the booking of the hotel it showed that the amount is fully refundable in case of cancellation now when I have cancelled I have not received the refund even after the consumer service people telling me to wait for 5-7 days .
