This complaint is specific to Booking id:- EMT91600739 .
Issue was raised to Ease my trip on 12th Jan 2022.
The book was changed and there was a fare differential of INR 1262 which I should receive from Ease My Trip.
Indigo had already given the fare differential to Ease My Trip(confirmed by Ease My Trip over email).
I have already waited for more than one month for the same.I have called the customer care almost 15 times and have got the same response to wait for 5-7 working days as there is some technical issue.
I have got call 3-4 times from some supervisor stating that I will receive the refund in 5 days but not clear answer on what the issue is and guarantee that the money will get depositied. Was this information helpful? |
