Refer to the above subject matter, I have booked my ticket from your site on 23.03.2021, transaction id no- EMT81630657 .
After few hrs I have canceled the booking due to personal reasons, but still I have not received the refund amount . Today I tele talked with your customer Care regarding the Refund, he informed me that it will not refund without any reason, you people are misguiding and doing fraud with customer .
Hope you understand that the matter Refund the same amount against cancelation.

EaseMyTrip.com Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you this hotel reservation is non refundable as you have requested to cancel this booking but as per the T&C this is non refundable in any case.
