EaseMyTrip.com — Refund not received for cancelled ticket | |||
I had booked AirIndia ticket from Mumbai to Patna via., Delhi, for 16th Jan 2020, PNR no.- JQQDL booking id- EMT69103175 while traveling the flight got delayed from Mumbai Airport and I reached Delhi late. After that when I reached Delhi the connecting flight had also been delayed and airindia staff present on airport over the counter told that the connecting flight will depart on next day that is 17th Jan 2020 at about 2:00 pm. But due to demise in my family I have to reach there on time. Then I cancelled the AirIndia Ticket and the AirIndia staff told that there will be full refund because of the fault of the airline and given a cancellation letter and the refund process will take approx 15 days time. But now its been 15 months from the date of cancellation. I have not received the full refund. I have got only Rs. 225 in my easemytrip wallet. PFA the image of boarding pass as well as Cancellation letter. Request you to resolve this matter on urgent basis and refund my full amount as soon as possible.
