Hello, I had booked tickets through Easemytrip - cancelled the flight, since the airline - Vistara had cancelled the flight. It has been 13 days since cancellation, but I am yet to get the refund. Been following up for the same, the customer support has only the standard answer in 24 hours we will sort it out. 13 days up and 24 hours as per them is not yet. +2 photos Was this information helpful?
