My air asia flight was cancelled by air asia due to operational reasons. Air asia refunded an amount of rs 12118 to ease my trip but emt refunded me only rs 11318 why should we passengers pay the convenience fees when the airlines are at fault.. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
