My flight was canceled by air asia and a full refund was given to EaseMyTrip. However, I haven't received the convenience fee of 2*300 Rupees. On inquiry, I got to know that it is as per policy and is mentioned on the confirmation email after booking. It was not mentioned during the course of booking.
