My Booking ID EMT[protected] got cancelled by airline within 24 hours of my booking and I need full refund. But whenever i am calling easmytrip customer care for help, they always redirect the issue by addressing the they will respond within 24 hours but I donot get any response. Airlines already updated me that the refund is being done from their side and I have their email as my proof, but still, whenever I call your customer care, they are still saying that it will take 24 hours to update my payment. I got an update from the airline, but not from you. Please update me regarding the status of my refund
