I booked two seats for Ravipaty Ratnakumar and RV Saikumari by SpiceJet no 2696 vide booking ID EMT[protected] and pnr no ECIESJ on 06 feb23 As I could not reach airport in time, my booking was cancelled and they initiated my refund to you on 07 feb23! You did not bother to refund my money till date nor informed me about it! Later I tried to fill up the link sent by you, and mentioned cancelled flt details and my email details, and clicking on ‘No show’ It is not accepting stating that booking details not matching my email etc. I filled it 20 times till now and no respite.
