My Booking ID is EMT[protected] and my confirmation number is BOGVCE. I have booked the two way air ticket (Oman Airways) from Chennai to Chicago in the month of June 2022. I have came to Chicago on 30th Aug 2022. I have cancelled the return air ticket which is on 28th Feb 2023 in the month of Jan 2023. They have processed my application and put the refund money of 6109INR in my wallet at EASEMytrip. I have uploaded my scanned copy of my bank passbook several times to transfer money from wallet to my bank account. Every time, They are rejecting my application and ask me to re upload the bank passbook again and again without any logic. Also they are trying to call my Indian Mobile Phone which is not currently in use as I stay in USA. I have also send all my bank account information by email and they keep rejecting my application without any reason. Therefore, I kindly request you to solve this issue and make arrangement to transfer my money from my wallet to Bank account.The bank details are as follows:
