I had booked flight ticket in couple of months back. Due to lockdown indigo has cancelled the flight and refund had initiated. However, as I booked through easymy trip, amount has been sent to them. So, I have raised a refund request to easymy trip team for my refund. No one is responding properly, Its been more than a month. I have sent couple of follow up emails and everytime receiving same response stating that concern team is working. How many days will they work on it..This is very bad, I would not recommend easymy trip to anyone if you continued like this. I want my refund back. Was this information helpful? |
