I booked ticket on 27April 2022, from this website from Mumbai to Auckland via Singapore for 11th June 2022 paying Rs.59497 mentioned ticket number[protected] and PNR YNCPUH with AirNZ airlines.
Exactly after a month from date of booking 27th May 2022, got mail that partial half of flight got cancelled and I have option to reschedule or Cancel the flight, with full refund.
I tried alot while keep talking to their support and dropping mail on same day to get rescheduled but no response so at 1830 hrs with no hope I decided to cancel the trip and booked my another flight directly with airlines.
after few hours my cancel request rejected and as i called to their support team they told me airlines denied to refund and flight again got confirmed and on time, for same I have their mail evidence.
I thought as they given me cancellation notification they also need to give the confirmation mail but they didn't and I already booked and invested double amount of money for my trip.
After few days on 30th May 2022, I again got mail from Easmytrip, that partial flight trip got cancelled so again I raised request for Cancellation but again got rejected and told me to reschedule or reissue the tickets.
But as I can see and checked with airlines directly flight status is showing RESERVED instead of CONFIRMED, which mean still no guarantee for me to fly with this ticket and i really got disappointed with Easmytrip support as they can't help me with my refund from last two times.
I think they need to take responsibility to talk to airlines in this concern as passenger can't struggle that much, that's why we take help of travel agents.
And I already invested double amount of my money to get my air ticket my own at last moment after they cancelled my flight two times so now I need my full refund from Easemytrip.com
