Have purchased train ticket from your app on 28/02/2020 for 23/03/2020 from rajendra nagar (Patna) to howrah. The tickets are of 3rd ac my ticketing amount is approx 3300/- i have paid my money through my hdfc bank debit card. Due to lockdown all the trains are cancelled. As per irctc the refund the amount 3170/- on 26/03/2020. But till date i have not received my amount. My banker is telling that they have not received any amount from irctc. After conversation with irctc they told that they have refunded the amount to easemy trip because i have taken the tickets from your app only. Almost more than three months are over still i have not received the money. Please do needful so that i can get the money earliest, and your customer support is alsi not working due to lockdown.
