I have cancelled my ticket having booking no EMT69043403, EMT69047798, EMT69048959, EMT69049530, EMT69048864 on 10th August 2020. I have already talked with customer care 3 to 4 times. Everytime they are saying that my refund would be done through manually, and within 72 hours i will get a email regarding my bank details etc ets. But 9 days gone. I have neither received an email nor refund. It is very unfortunate to get this kind of support from India's no 1 website. I want my refund immediately. Please cooperate Was this information helpful?
