This is in regards to my patents trip fron Bangalore to Mumbai in 1st October 2022.on Akada Air via PNR V31RWY.while doing the booking I had paid rs. 700 /- and reserved a seat 1B and 1C fot my parents who are Senior Citizens and need wheel chair access.today on 30th September when I was trying to do webcheckin I was unable to do that. The airline informed that the travel agent had not forwarded the payment which i had made to the airline, hence the airline has kept the webcheckin on hold.
When I call the customer care and desperately explain this to them they keep say in 2 hrs then 10 pm again give 2 hrs and they would sort it, but as of now at 10:30 pm it is still not sorted .When i ask them to give the phone to the supervisor they refuse saying this is not the process.
This is really bad and gave my already fragile parents and lot of stress .
I want ease my trip to feel the stress and pain we r feeling right now.
