We bought two senior citizens tkts for medical reasons on 5th September and after transaction was completed the tkts were pending.
After three days when we contacted they are saying that they are sorry and will return the amount.as senior citizens tkts are not there.
They didn't inform us about this for the last three days
IS THIS A JOKE.
NOW THE TKTS HAVE TRIPLED AND HOW DO YOU EXPECT SENIOR CITIZENS TO BUY TKTS AGAIN.
THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY LIKE YOURS.
IF YOU DON'T TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO PROVIDE ME THE TKTS IN THAT FLIGHT IN THE SAME RATE, WE WILL BE FORCED TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM
