EaseMyTrip.com — Ticket Booked, Confirmed But Bus not available and also amount not refunded till date.

Booked a Ticket for Chandigarh to Jammu on the 22 of April, they Confirmed my booking, but when I reached Chandigarh they refused to take me to Jammu and the provider denied for same. Since that date, I am asking for a refund nothing to date has been done.
