EaseMyTrip.com — Ticket confirmation not received

I booked ticket from Srinagar to Chennai for 19 August but did not get any confirmation although the amount was debited. I received the following message on whatsapp :

Due to some technical issues at airlines's end, We haven't yet received booking response for your Flight Booking for Srinagar to Chennai on Fri-19Aug2022.

Booking Status: Pending

Payment Status: Confirmed
