Hi team, I had booked a ticket from Pune to Hyderabad through easemytrip app. And ticket got confirmed on 7th Aug 2022 at 00:25 AM. But bus operator didn't allowed me to travel on that ticket confirmed date and said it got booked for 8th Aug 2022 at 00:25AM. Please help me to resolve the issue as i had already communicated with easemytrip customer care support and that time itself they got to know the issue is at their itself due to miscommunications.But till yet i didn't get any update on this for getting my refund back. I'm following up from long time and EMT is not responding even dropping lot of mails against the concern. Kindly do the needful and help me with the same.
