My Booking ID EMT[protected]. Booked 3 tickets from Pune to Chennai for 6th Nov 2022. Ticked not booked and refund not received. Ticked Booed amount for 3 persons is Rs 15, 936.00 No response received for my mails and calls. Please try to resolve the issue and get me the refund. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support Sep 13, 2022 EaseMyTrip.com Customer Care's response Dear Arundevaraj P, This is in regards to the booking id EMT[protected] We are very sorry that your booking was rejected. This could happen for reasons like sudden hike in the fares or non-availability of seats and we have also tried to contact you but there was no response from your end.I hope you understand that there are some things that are not under our control. We have already initiated a full refund which would reflect in the same mode of payment in the next 7-10 working days.
