Booked ticket 2 times from Tirupati to Vijayawada for my friend M Chandra Shekar on 2nd. First time customer care people told Bank has not given money. 4 PM again I booked. Same time Bank deducted the amount from my card. I have not received ticket. 3 times I spoken Executives with long conversation . Lastly at 8 PM today Mr Ankur Customer Executive told you have to book again. Amount will refund 24 hours. I never expected such a reply. Fault is with Ease my trip. Why should I book again ?
