Post multiple email follow-ups and phone calls with customer care since last 4 months with Easymytrip there is still no confirmation when I will get my refund. I have explained my concern to the Easymytrip unlimited times regarding the seat selection charges which I paid in advance while booking the tickets. But on boarding pass we were given different seat numbers. These spacious seats were booked for senior citizens and 1 of them is wheel chair bound, but instead they were given cramped seats which lead to trouble for them during travel. And now after so many follow-ups and calls the refund is not given for the same.
