Since last 1 week, I raised this issue to customer care that for my new bookings I am not able to use my wallet amount . I have rs 16, 252 in my wallet of easymytrip and I fed up with this thing. Every time I called customer care, they said you have to wait 24 -48 hours to resolve this issue. Could you tell me what do you want to do with my money. Am I able to use it or not.
