[Resolved] Easemytrip.in — Refund amount not credited till now

Hi, I got my Air tickets cancelled on 5th Aug 2014.I was apprised that refund will be credited into my account in 4-5 days but till now no amount has been credited. I have inquired multiple times with your customer care executives regarding this but every-time they told that your concerned department will update me on this. Unfortunately there has been no update on the same till now.I dropped an email also for the same but there has been no reply for that too.
