[Resolved] Easemytrip — Not providing the ticket

I have booked my flight from ease my trip 2 months before. The have deducted the amount but I haven't got the flight confirmation and e-ticket detail till now. No one picks the call on customer care where I am hold for more than half an hour 5-6 times. Here are the preliminary details given to me while I book online.
