My ticket was cancelled by mistake.. I did not intend to cancel it but the site processed my cancellation without any confirmation.. I did not want to cancel it please please re-book the same flight or return the entire amount of ticket Please resolve it as soon as possible I did not give my confirmation for cancellation and without it how can you cancel my ticket Was this information helpful? | |||

THEY told me to refund the money within 5-7 days its goin to be15-20days and they havnt done nything...now they have stopped responding to my calls...very unprofessional and rude behaviour .
