[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — flight ticket pending

I booked a ticket from aktobe to nur sultan with booking id emt71629558 And money is deducted frim my account and i want cancel this booking and want refund asap. I dont want to continue this booking and need money back urgently is really very urgent And when i search for check/modify booking and filling detail it is showing me booking id and email id does not match.
