[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — money debited, no booking received

I just booked a round trip flight from raipur to goa for 22nd to 26th february and the amount of 10985/- was debited from my idbi account but i have not received any sort of confirmation from the company, since the page got stuck with the processing icon. So i urge them to either provide me with the ticket confirmation or return the debited amount back. Attached is the bhim upi transaction for proof.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that for the particular booking and transaction there was an error from the bank's server and hence the payment was not completed. However, the auto-reversal was initiated for the same and you must have got the same into your source account as it is a UPI gateway. In case you haven't got the same then please contact us on our Whatsapp escalation number i.e [protected] and we will assist you on priority.
