Yesterday a booking had been made on your app and the fare amount had been debited from my bank account but the booking was not confirmed. So, I'd like to know when the amount will be refunded back to my account. Please look into the matter and proceed with the process of refund as soon as possible. My booking id is EMT71906188 and the ticket id is 3923043.
