Item they delivered with damaged and not the same quality as i seen in there site. and i have mailed but they keep saying send the product image and i send many times and no reply

Our concern team already conversation to this customer.
We apologies for the product deliver damaged condition. Its logistic partner issues.
We already informed the customer return the product to our local warehouse, we will initiate refund to the customer. It will take bank processing time 2 -4 days.
Customer conversation mail also attached, we never cheat the customer. For this site always showing false statement. Its totally affecting our business.
