I ordered a Nylon Netting DVI-I Dual Link male to male media cable from Eassymall.com on July 7. When I enquired about my product they said it is imported, so it takes some time.So I waited but after sometime, on July 18, I decided to cancel my order.When I asked them they refused to cancel my order, also they have not shipped it till today.They are fraud.They don't even provide the option to cancel the order.

Mailed them but no reply
Filled there on line complaining form, but no use..
It’s totally a FAKE / FRAUD site.
I hope some day the Authorities wake up and take action against these guys

I ordered a product from Eassymall kn 12th Jan. Online payment of Rs 1187 is already done however its been a month I have not received the product neither any update about the delivery.
Their website always shows we are offline leave a message, we’ll get back to you. I have sent multiple requests regarding delivery however no one replies. I need refund of my money.

Send me wrong product not replacing

I ordered 2 nos white bulbs from Eassymall after 1 month they send me 2 bulbs among which 1 was faulty and both were warm white colour, I mailed many times for replacement after 4 months they told me to courier back of wich cost I have to bear, again they send only 1 bulb warm white and saying only 1 bulb is available. I had paid them in advance .my Total harassment is going on.

Complaint marked as Resolved Just mail them continuesly until they cancel your order. I did the same thing and got refund. Within 1 day.

Now i dont want product i asked to refund my money and i given mail 7-10 days back, they are not refunding and telling to wait.
