Yes After Filling the complaint they mailed me back... Also one of the guy who I think must be an illiterate person called me and explained when I replied in return.. The person replied sarcastically "Do you understand Hindi " .. They don't know how to speak like a customer care service person.. It would be no difference than him to that of an autoricshaw wala... I would never recommend this commercial shopping site to any one...Such Mannerless Persons.. Lack of Moral Values..
