Eastern Railway Sealdah Div. — Submission of aadhaar card to the bank.

My mother, smt. Suva banerjee aged of 94 years w/o late anil kr. Banerjee is a family pensioner (Ppo no.Bp/375/1342/sdah) and getting her pension through united bank of india, bcb br. (0300), baruipur - a/c. No.[protected]. At present she cannot move to anywhere. My mother has been advised by the bank to submit her aadhaar no. But sorry to say, several times i have informed the concerned authority (Udai) for the aadhar card for my mother, they have assured that they will come at our home and will do the needful. But all are in vain. All exchange of mails with me. Now what should i do. It is my humble request for my mother's pension may be continued with trouble. I am her son, swapan kr, banerjee.
