[Resolved]  Eastern Railway Sealdah Div. — Local Monthly Ticket Price

Issue :
Today morning @3:30am my wife (Chaitali Das) stands in queue to book tatkal ticket for above journey from Computer Reservation Center at Barrackpore Railway Station (Eastern Railway).
It is surprise to see that @7:30am whole ticket booking system are controlled (like hijack) by a group (5~6 people) supported by Railway police (male/female) and railway booking employee inside. They don’t bother to see the people standing in queue since early morning (3:30am)
These unauthorized agent people claim that they are also in queue since last night, where railway police are also speaking in their voice. But physically no one was there at 3:30am to 5:30am in first queue.
Yesterday also my family was refused to get tatkal ticket in same situation.

Complain :
a) How long common people will get suffer by this unauthorized black market ticket agent in this Computerized reservation counter
b) How this illegal activity will be continue and make this place haven for them to control

Request :
Please look into this mater seriously and serve better facility for the common people in future, where everybody will get real benefit of Tatkal Scheme facility.

I've also faced same monthly ticket problem. They're chrging Rs.30 more than the actual price as it is computerized ticket. Why we should pay more. Has the railway started "cheating business" by giving Rs. 25 monthly to the poor and taking more money from without any reason. Is it a new trick of MAMTA BANERJEE. FOR 2011 vote.

I am a daily passenger of eastern railway Lalgola Sealdah Division.My home town is Beldanga. The normal ticket fare from beldanga upto Debagram is Rs-5.But the Monthly ticket fare is 85 upto Plassy. the monthly ticket fare from Beldanga to Debagram is RS-160 though the normal fare is 5 per ticket. why is the difference????? please you are requested to correction this unequal ticket method of monthly system...
