Easy Day Club — complaint about wrong billing | |
Respected sir/ madam, Yesterday I went to easy day club in tnagar. I'm a member. I got my bill over RS. 1000. I want to use my SBI card for 10 percentage cash back. I even informed the staff. But he wrongly put invoice has been paid by cash and he also further added card cannot be used. Even we asked the admin but they said that they can't do anything. Last time they have billed wrongly. This time too they did. There is no good response when we ask about products too. Kindly address this issue Was this information helpful? | |
