[Resolved]  Easy Day Club — non handling of complimentary items as advertised

I am a member of easy day club (Shop easy) najafgarh, thana road, new delhi - 110043. They advertised that on purchase of rs. 5000/- and more in the month of march 2009, one traveller bag of rs. 1500/- will be issued to the customers free of cost. They always linger on with different reasons and lastly they promised 29/5 that the same will be handed over on 30/5/19 positively. On 30/05/2019 they again narrated that the bag is available but could not be issued due to some technical reasons. The staff posted their is also not co-operated. While billing they show such that they are doing for a charity. My mob no is [protected].
