Easy Day — Membership Card

I wish to file an official complaint against Easy Day for cheating people by luring them to make loyalty cards worth Rs.1000 and then closing down stores without even bothering to inform the customer regarding the same.

This has happened the second time with me.

I paid for a loyalty card and the store shut down in Chitrakoot, Jaipur. Again during Diwali I paid for another card at the new outlet in Vasihali Nagar and again within a few months the store shut down.(without any intimation).They shut down their app and when I went them to buy my groceries I saw them winding up. When I asked them they said we are doing stock checking and within 2 days, they ran away!

I wrote to their company and a lady wrote back that I should send the below details for the further assistance.

ID prof
Card copy

I sent her the cancelled cheque and ID proof. I told them to pull up my card number from my mobile number.

But she wrote that there were no details with this mobile number!!!

This is really atrocious as the number is very much valid.

I need Easy Day to refund my Rs. 2000/ immediately.
