Easy Go Air — Excess deduction on cancellation of air ticket and non-refund of money

Booked air ticket on 30/04/2015 through Easy go Air, from BANGLORE to Patna, journey date -26/05/2015, BOOKING REFERENCE-ET59998, AIRLINE PNR -YRQ03.The cost of booking was Rs.13288/-. Requested for cancellation on 18/05/2015.Deducted Rs.4800/- and balance Rs.8488/- was not refunded to me but kept in my name with their cancellation Reference No.-C:678, and the same was kept valid for one year to use. Again requested for booking on 04/08/2015 from Banglore to Mumbai for self & wife, and again cancellation requested on 25/08/2015.Cancelled ticket last day on 28/08/2015 and informed balance Rs.3851/- but not refunded money and not giving details of calculation.
