I had booked my trip for 25th novmber 2017from trivadrum to mumbai,

In my ticket it was written trivendrum international airport so i went to international airport being a lady with my other ladies friend as i had booked two tickets, when i went there they said same plain will go from domestic air port and it is littel far, i tok another forty five minutes to reach there and wheni reachedit was 9.20 and flight was 9.40 and they closed ticket window and i missed my because of wrong direction given by happy easy go e-ticket and i had to puchased new ticket from indigo airlines with rs 21500. So because of your ticket i had aloss of 21500 rupees,

Today i booked two flight tickets from Ranchi to Mumbai for 22nd January 2019 in my name Ravi N Mukherjee & Sikha Mukherjee through Websight namely Happy Easy Go Trvels & amount of Rs.8191/-:was debited from my account but no confirmation msg / mail till now. Send confirmaton of booking immediately. Rabi N Mukherjee. Advocate.
