I am a residence of vikaspuri and regular member of easyday vikaspuri (F-123). As per the scheme of march 2019, i was promised under the scheme that we will be provided with a bag for members who purchase more than 5, 000 in march that we did... But when i went today to claim it, we were told that my address is entered as prashant vihar. I have never told them this address while making the card and never bought anything from prashant vihar. We have been shopping from vikaspuri only. We have been cheated.
We don't know how they manipulated the address just before providing us the gift that we deserve.
Kindly look into the matter as this kind of fraud is not acceptable.
Also provide the information why this has happened as i am senior citizen and difficult to go at different places.
