When i lodged the complaint the operator expressed inability to lodge full complaint because of limitation of words. Now while going through my phone i found my complaint has already been resolved without my satisfaction or express consent. Thanks to this callous attitude and intolerable behavior of easy day staff i have now decided to never ever again visit any of easy day store or its sister concerns. Though my complaint matrix will be religiously perused. I feel cheated and disgusted for having paid for easy day club membership. Was this information helpful? |
