Easygotrip.com — Easygotrip - No refund of money of cancelled ticket.

Hi, I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata on spicejet through Easygotrip, however it got cancelled from spicjejet after few days ther confirmed my ticket.When i talked to Easygotrip, they said they money will be refunded within 9 days.But its been more than 9 days and they have not refunded my money.Whenever i try to reach the customer care they don't respond properly but when they respond they say it will take around 3-4 days. Please help me in getting my money back.
