I am just taking this as an oppurtunity to review this company.

Just be careful before joining this company.

People, please check one thing, company is really genuine as they said.

But these are the facts which i realised after made a big mistake.

The work they provided is difficult without a good support for newly joined ones.

Support was really worst (Even excluding holidays)

They really not needed to give support to newly joined people.
Or i don't know it was just happened to me.

What is the need to provide work for us (New people).

They had enough workers to do their work with their recommended accuracy. (75%)

So keep in mind why the new people need to join.

The work is difficult, may be time taking than we expect, but we can manage if we take it as really full time work.

But one thing is not correct that they already had customers who can type really fast and that they can complete in 20 minutes is totally wrong.
That is not possible at all.

It will definitely take 40 minutes to type 50 lines as it was in those files provided by them, with that much accuracy (75%)

If i tried to research about this company before i joined, i would not have made a big mistake.

Dear Sir,
We regret that we were not able to satisfy you properly from giving you support.

But we would like to say that you have complaint here just because we were not able to provide you proper support just once? What about 5-6 months of support we have already provided you as you are working with us since long we found out from your name and Id.

Anyway, we would be happy if we can provide you support again if you wish.

There are many reasons of not getting reply from us sometimes:
1) Due to some technical reasons, it gets delay. You can send us follow-up emails in this case or call us.
2) If you have asked same type of doubts every now and than in this case only unique doubts will be replied by company.

Anyway, as per our research, users only complaints/post negative reasons just for one time we fail to reply due to huge number of emails but user never post any positive review when they are happily getting replies and support from our side. Same is the case with you. You were there with us since long but you never posted any positive feedback to us and we never asked for that personally but just once we missed to provide support to you, you posted negative feedback. This is a wrong side.

Let us know if we can help in any other way.

I said that your Company is GENUINE only.

I already said in my previous review that I don't know about this website that I can post a Review about a company.
I definitely post a POSITIVE review about your company and I will not hesitate to post a POSTIVE review about such a GENUINE company if I had found this website earlier.
And reviewing is one of my hobbies also.

Likewise, you can ask THOSE Users also who have got GOOD support from you and not posted atleast 1 Positive review.

I am also happy if I can get support again.

If I had to start again a new work or what else?

Yes, I have been working with you from 5 to 6 months.
Yes, you gave me a GOOD SUPPORT at start, NO DOUBT in that.
It is okay but you replied me in two or three days.

But this time, WORK given to me is changed slightly (new font) and that is why I again had to struggle like before as a newly joined.
If you have technical reasons, it is OKAY, it happens.
But I sent you follow-up emails also, may be you didn't check those from so many emails you are getting,

Actually the Problem I faced was
if you respond after a week or 10 days (excluding holidays and weekends), then how can I continue the work without clarifying the mistakes. And the deadline is getting nearer.

You also said that I sent SAME DOUBTS again and again.
Okay, after that I again modified that email and sent only UNIQUE doubts, even sent follow-up emails also, for which I didn't get any reply for this email also.
I also wrote a line that email "Please reply only to this email and ignore all those previous ones." I think you may not checked this email also.

Finally, I lost for whatever happened to me only.

Mark this as still "Not Resolved" What they said in their reply is not reliable at all.
They clarify the doubts but how they do is, please check the example below once:-
Me: Sir, Please tell me if there is any wrong.
After completed typing 80 or 90 pages, In the email, I asked about some doubtful words (typing 2 or 3 words per line).
I asked 10 unique doubts (means 10 lines) from those 80 pages

Reply from them: We can't tell you by typing the whole lines, if you ask the same doubts again and again.

Is this the way to clarify the doubts?
if they don't clarify, I can't get accuracy and I lose my money.

I don't know how those other people are completing. Maybe they also lose money like me and try again and again to get their money back.
Because they make an agreement that they don't give our money back due to their reasons, if we failed to finish the work with needed accuracy.

Conclusion: What I say for new people is better DON'T PAY MONEY BEFORE, even if it is a genuine company.

If they give another chance also, better don't accept, you can't complete that work also.
Their doubt solving is not at all good.
They say due to technical issues they can't give support.

Remember even if there are no technical issues also, they can't support you fully and can't clarify doubts.

Dear Sir,
You main thing is that we didnt replied you in year 2017. There might be numerous reasons for that but our phone support was always available you can contact there. And your doubts which were not solved by us that time were never calculated for the report. It is still our POLICY that if by chance due to any reason we do not reply for the USERS doubts, that error is not counted in the main report. We do care for our users in this way.

By the way, we cleared all payments even in LOCKDOWN at a time when all companies did not pay nor replied.

Sir, I called you so many times and you know that, , you answered one-time and told me to send my doubs through email, that's why I contacted through email.
You have time to reply in this site for every comment made by user to make people believe that you are ao responsible. That's good.
But at that time when I started work, I didn't get support at all.
And you didn't gave me any extension for those days also. That's true.

"BETTER I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO FALL FOR THOSE GENUINE COMPANIES ALSO*
If they want to believe us, they should test us by giving aome sample work. Not by asking unnecessary Registration fees, documents charges, stamps, etc., those rules and conditions in the agreement are VERY HARD.
BETTER SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR HEALTH FROM THESE TYPE OF DATA ENTRY WORK COMPANIES.

Dear Sir,
Just an update, you remind us after 4 years full to comment here? Or some competition company told you to do to downgrade us?

If we are still running happily and successfully, that means many people and company would have negative feelings about us about our success so is what is with you we think. If we don't provide support and services or payments or work, we would not run for 8 successful years. Please keep in mind.

As you said, no company has given me my lost amount of Rs. 5000/- to post a negative comment after 4 years.
That's how wrong way you are thinking about users who worked with you.
You misunderstood me like every other who post negative comments like "This company is totally scam".

You know what I did, you can check your Google reviews which I reviewed and it was read my more than 1000 members.

Maybe you have no time to read that. But reply me through this website.

I just said in my latest comment that just take care and decide after reading my comment for users who start newly.

One thing, if you have replied me like this much faster, when I started work from you, maybe I won't loose my money.

Even now also I didn't day that your company is a SCAM.
Better If you don't take it in a wrong way.
I already told you that reviewing online is my hobby in my leisure, maybe you forgot.
