Eat.fit — cancellation of my order

Menu item :- masala egg item and tawa paratha.

I tried to cancel this item from eat. Fit but they not allowing to cancel my order saying this order is placed from google pay so they got restrictions to cancel the order. As i checked in their policy tgere is nothing mentioned about this.in their policy they mentiened you can cancel your order till 60 mins from time of arrival.
And i tried to cancel my order before given time, please help they are not allowing to cancel my order.
