Such kind of mobile app should be closed with immediate effect. Worst service ever and misleading customers. Had placed food order thru their website on 30.7.26 at 8.05 pm which was accepted by Faasos and showed delivery within next 35 minutes, but finally the delivery happened at my doorstep at circa 9.25 pm which was not acceptable. Luckily, the payment was COD hence I did not accept the order when delivered and sent it back. While chatting with their CC ex. they only kept lies that they are following up for the delay and will be delivered earlier but no use at all.
This is the kind of service they provide and when asked for refund they refused. I had to sit hungry till nearly 9 pm expecting the order and had to manage something inhouse to satisfy my hunger.
Worst app and service by the provider. Never ever use this app for food orders even if they offer free.
